This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be available for paid products and services offered through Scientific Ravi.
Scientific Ravi may offer paid listings, promotional services, subscriptions, programs, digital services and other services from time to time.
1. General Policy
Before making a payment, users should carefully review the description, pricing, terms and conditions of the relevant service.
Because many Scientific Ravi services may involve digital delivery, administrative review, listing publication, promotional placement or other services that may begin shortly after payment, refund eligibility may vary depending on the type and status of the service.
The specific refund terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply where they provide additional terms for a particular service.
2. Job and Opportunity Listings
If Scientific Ravi offers paid job, internship or opportunity listings:
Before publication
A cancellation request may be considered if the listing has not yet been reviewed, processed or published.
After publication
Once a paid listing has been reviewed, processed or published, the payment may generally be non-refundable, except where:
- Scientific Ravi is unable to provide the purchased service;
- The payment was duplicated due to a technical issue;
- A refund is required under applicable law; or
- Scientific Ravi determines that a refund is appropriate.
Payment for a listing does not guarantee:
- Number of applications
- Candidate selection
- Hiring
- Interviews
- Views
- Leads
- Business results
3. Featured and Promotional Services
Payments for:
- Featured listings
- Sponsored opportunities
- Promotional placements
- Organization promotion
- Featured profiles
- Other visibility-related services
may become non-refundable once the promotional service has started or the placement has been provided.
If Scientific Ravi has not yet started providing the purchased promotional service, a cancellation request may be considered.
4. Digital Services
For digital products or services, refunds may depend on whether the service or digital content has already been delivered or made available.
Once a digital service has been substantially delivered, activated or consumed, a refund may not be available except where required by applicable law or where Scientific Ravi determines otherwise.
5. Subscriptions
If Scientific Ravi introduces subscription-based services:
Users may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation process provided for that subscription.
Cancellation of a subscription generally prevents future charges but does not automatically create a refund for a previously completed billing period.
Where applicable law requires otherwise, the relevant statutory rights will apply.
6. Duplicate Payments
If the same transaction is accidentally charged more than once because of a technical or payment-processing error, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.
Users should provide relevant transaction details when reporting a duplicate payment.
7. Failed Transactions
If your bank account or payment method is debited but the Scientific Ravi order does not show a successful payment, the transaction may require verification with the payment gateway.
Depending on the payment status, the amount may be automatically reversed or refunded by the payment provider.
Users should avoid making repeated payments until the status of the original transaction is confirmed.

Please include:
- Name
- Registered email address
- Order ID / transaction ID
- Date of payment
- Service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
Providing complete information helps us process the request efficiently.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider.
The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on:
- Payment gateway
- Bank
- Card issuer
- UPI provider
- Other financial institution
Scientific Ravi cannot guarantee the exact processing time controlled by third-party payment providers.
10. Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to applicable law, refunds may generally not be available where:
- The purchased service has already been substantially delivered;
- A listing has already been published;
- A promotional placement has already started;
- A digital service has already been provided;
- The user provided incorrect information that prevented proper delivery;
- The user violates Scientific Ravi’s Terms & Conditions;
- The user requests a refund simply because the expected commercial result was not achieved.
For example, payment for a job listing does not guarantee that the employer will receive suitable candidates or successfully hire someone.
11. Service Not Delivered
If Scientific Ravi accepts payment but is unable to provide the purchased service for reasons attributable to Scientific Ravi, we may offer:
- Rescheduling;
- Replacement service;
- Credit; or
- Refund,
depending on the nature of the service and circumstances.
12. Cancellation by Scientific Ravi
Scientific Ravi may cancel or reject an order, listing or service where reasonably necessary because of:
- Violation of platform rules;
- Fraudulent activity;
- Misleading information;
- Illegal content;
- Security concerns;
- Abuse of the platform;
- Service unavailability;
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
Where a service is cancelled by Scientific Ravi before it is delivered, an appropriate refund may be provided where applicable.
13. Third-Party Services
Some opportunities, services, laboratories, organizations or providers may be operated by third parties.
Where a transaction is directly between a user and a third-party provider, the provider’s own cancellation and refund terms may apply.
Scientific Ravi will clearly communicate the applicable payment arrangement where reasonably possible.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users should contact Scientific Ravi first regarding a payment issue so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions should also be reported to the relevant payment provider or bank as appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

Scientific Ravi may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when:
- New paid services are introduced;
- Pricing or service models change;
- Payment methods change;
- Business practices change; or
- Applicable laws or regulations change.
